Returns and Exchanges

What is your online returns policy?

Eligible returns of products may be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with our policy requirements, within 10 days from the date of delivery to the Chill return address listed on the return shipping label. Please email info@chill.com and put Chill Returns in the subject line.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

All items must be in original condition. Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.  Damaged or faulty merchandise will be replaced with like-kind items.
