We’re looking for someone who understands that good content isn’t just seen — it’s felt, shared, and saved.

Someone who can spot what people are thinking before they’ve quite articulated it yet — and turn that into content that lands.


The Role 

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can create, think, and analyse.

You’ll be responsible for growing and shaping Chill’s social presence — not just through content creation, but through clear performance tracking, audience understanding, and continuous optimisation.

You won’t just post content. You understand what works, why it works, and how to do it better next time.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a monthly social content plan aligned with editorial themes and brand direction
  • Create, edit, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Regularly feature in video content (including interviewing the public and creating on-camera pieces)
  • Manage daily engagement: comments, DMs, community interaction
  • Lead monthly reporting on performance, including:Reach, engagement, saves, sharesFollower growth and audience qualityContent performance by format and theme
  • Track performance against clear KPIs (growth, engagement rate, saves, shares, video views) and proactively suggest improvements
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and conversations relevant to Chill — and translate them into content quickly
  • Run and report on collaborations and giveaways from outreach to results
  • Work closely with design, content, and web teams to maintain a consistent brand
  • Contribute to editorial thinking, including writing a small number of blog articles each month


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in social media or digital content roles
  • Strong instinct for what makes content saveable, shareable, and culturally relevant
  • Confident on camera and comfortable creating video content
  • Ability to analyse performance and turn data into clear actions, not just reports
  • Experience with Meta tools and social scheduling platforms
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and self-review work before sharing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving brand
